Good show tonight. Loved the Lambo but it looks like the Germans have taken out some of that Italian flair. The vets item was very good and the banter with Ben Collins was pretty brutal. A good closing show, now looking forward t the next series.

Has he been rehabilitated by the TG team?

I think it was a case of the vets wanting him to teach them and as he has already taught defensive driving to the special forces he might be under MOD contract. Therefore TG might not have had a say in the matter. Either way it was a bit sparky!

I think it was more of the case of - right man for the job.... bit of pride swallowing to be done!

As long as they get into, and finish, the Dakar I don't reckon it matters who teaches them. Collins will do a decent job I'm sure. However, here's wishing them the very best of luck, it's about time they all got some.

For me the Aventado is a stunner...They have managed to take a shape that has been around for an age and made it modern and edgy...Stunner.....Don't really care if it's not aqs 'Lambo' just means when my number scome up I will be able to drive it and survive................PLus any car that can throw you back in you seat as it did Hammond can not be sterile..His face was not a face of a man in a sterile car..

Loved the Scrabble board...Such kids....

Morning Dem, Ben Collins was introduced as the ex Stig and he was teaching some badly wounded Afghanistan vets how to drive a Bowler Wildcat offroad. As part of their long re-habilitation they are aiming to do the necessary events to get invited to do the Dakar rally. The whole team inc both drivers and the mechanics are all amputees. The very best of luck to them all. I thought it was the best part of the show especially after Dick Walsh.

Over the whole series, I think it was very good. I know myself and a few others have been moaning the past couple of series about the content and too many trips and challenges that were very contribed. So all in all, very pleased with TG. There were a couple of episodes in the middle that were lame. Looking forward to the next one at Xmas.

Oh, I am not know for showing emotion (except when behind the wheel of an Italian V8) but even I had to look away from the telly last night when the soldier started welling up when talking about the 19 year old nipper who died next to him, the very best of luck to you fellas!

I'm more than pretty sure it was Sabine. Perhaps the white suit and helmet lightened her hairs appearance.
