From what I've seen, China will lap it up. Usual mode of transport in Beijing is A8, Beemer 7, S-Class, Range Rover, Cayenne, so basically anything big with four doors. Given the way they drive (like maniacs) if its a luxury SUV, then all the better. They don't drive fast, but if they see a space, no matter what lane they're in, they'll just go for it, so being a bit higher will suite them perfectly.
