On top of the **** week bending my new found love - arrived home today with the 'settle out of court' 81mph in a 70, take the 3 points and £60 fine or we do you paperwork.

Thought I had carefully masterminded a reprieve, you cant see the driver in the photo, they wont send the calibration certificate - cutbacks! so its not been done then, then another photo with me driving, clear as day, apperantly taken 5 minutes before. They tried to interogate me over the phone, where they got my home phone number from I don't know, worse still the guy trying to interogate me turned out to be a civilian working for the police (albeit an ex Police Officer - but a civilian none the less) letter of complaint to Cheif Constable, usual blurb in return to stop you complaining - took 3 hours to fill in but I not finished yet.

Still I made them work for the £60 fine - small victory and its taken 6 months from the alledged offence but hey ho! complaint not yet resolved

i managed to survive a 118 in a 70 without loosing my licence, ended up with a nice fine and 6 points, and a large legal bill.

pays to give it to the professionals to handle, didn't even need to go anywhere near the court

ill get onto letting you know by next week miles about her....the drink is def persuading her......
