As previously stated I have changed my plea to guilty on account that the Public Prosecutor has witheld valueable evidence until a day or two before the trial and maybe not till I actually am in court. If he were to produce this evidence I would be sunk with huge costs. On that basis and because I do not want to risk further costs I have changed my plea to guilty giving the court a written statement of why I never pleaded guilty in the first place and why I have now at this late stage changed my plea.

There is no need for me to be in court. My fate will be decided regardless but the costs should be significantly less. The Public Prosecutor wins and adds to my belief that the law in this country stinks.

What he's saying in a nutshell is , that he is GUILTY but he was kinda hoping the police or the system had screwed up the procedural side of the case and they have called his bluff hehehhehehe sorry mate i dont agree with the robbing buggers either , but a public flogging is the order of the day

Cant help but wonder Dem.............how did you know that web site existed ?...........if it had been an 81 support website I could understand, but ......well......you would have to be looking for the sort of thing that you've posted, gonna be really interested in your answer.
