Morning all, I thought I was going to Birmingham today but nothing back from the client to confirm so I won’t bother.

Have fun all…

Happy Friday! Work from work, but at least it's warm and bright at the moment. Hope to be done around 15:00 but we shall see...!

Back home to Manchester, a bit of ethnic cleansing of the south. Got a job that pays more for doing the same stuff and beer is £3 for a whole pint.
Congratulations, fella! Good work.

A mate's moving from Epsom back home to Cumbria. Selling his house, clearing the mortgage, buying the next place outright and trousering a fat chunk of change. There's a lot to be said for it.

Good stuff!

We appear to be finalising what has all the hallmarks of a future retirement plan. Not for 10 years or so but: Bloody ****!

Have a safe flight Andy and an amazing time in Oz.

A very Saturday good morning all. Hair cuts at 8 and then a relaxing day.

Safe travels down under Andy.

Morning all, I really need to get out of the house today. More looking at houses. Our preferred option is slipping away but the reality is it really isn’t viable for a higher offer given the vandalism it has endured.

Have fun all…

Good morning everyone, so that'll be 3 of us looking for a new home. I'm going to have a mooch around some areas and some possibles. One is just around the corner from my old school and dirt cheap so have enough change for two 360s! Another is just on the way out to Snake Pass and would be a good location for a Northern SM meet... decisions

Found a corker on the north Kent coast with a 4 car garage and workshop under the house! Only for Jeanette to find a statement from KCC saying that part of the coast would no longer be defended! That explains why it was the price it is!

Anyone house hunting, remember due diligence at every step!
