Morning everyone and Good Luck today Andy and Alex hope it's not as Fresh as here.
Couldn't get all my flue pipe fittings yesterday even after driving many kilometres so have ordered from a online specialist but of course they will arrive whilst I'm working away.
It's a good job Ms French is of hardy stock.
Enjoy your Sunday all.

Morning all, replacing the water pump on the Adam today as we could it failed last week when servicing it. At least it should be straight forward with the post lift to make it easier.

Have fun all…

Morning all, Christmas Fayre at Jamies special school always amazes me how much enjoyment these children get seeing Santa arrive in a fire engine escorted by the Garde blue flashing lights, sirens and best of all the man in the red suit - they have their challenges but they hold on to a childs excitement for so much longer and they share it with everyone else with interest

My wife and daughters are doing a charity run today, in memory of my mother in law who died just 9 weeks after a late diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

It’s a 5k fun run, but none of my girls have ever run for a bus, let alone 5k …….. so they had to put some effort in to get ready.

Straight up noon here...false starts abound! Hope all races have been won (or at least completed successfully & without incident, @Andyk and @Scaf) and fires started. Still in the salt mines, making frames and other preparations for next weekend...and dreading the coming workweek. Selah

Water pump replacement done; nearly caught out by an airlock on the darn thing! The tell was that the heater wasn't putting anything out warmth wise! took the hose off by the thermostat and it was full of air! Hopefully sorted it as it instantly started giving heat in the cabin after that. I thought modern cars were mostly self priming (Maseratis being excepted).

Very proud of Alex today. Best ever finish for his last race and came 6th and got driver of the day and fastest lap. That should move him up the ranks of the championship. Great end to his first season. He was over the moon and drove the finals like his life depended on it and it was very damp, wet and slippery hence the wet weather gear today. He does seem to like these conditions more than the dry.108903

A very good morning to all. Another step closer to Christmas and as always a house full of illness with blocked noses and coughing. Ah well wouldn’t be December without.

The wonderful things he does!

Morning all, I slept a lot as the cold got into me yesterday in the garage and I didn’t notice. Don’t know what the day will bring yet , I may be up to Northampton or just Camden.

Have fun all…

Morning all, looks like the cold has swept in and a great day to find we have a blockage in the heating system. Good news is heater man is coming to service the boiler this week and the fact that here each radiator is feed separately so only two radiators impacted - neither release air or water when bled.
