A day off would be nice…

Have the remains of a job that overran to complete this morning locally, it will however involve a run to the yard first.

Have fun all…

Morning everyone and nice waking up in the village again.
The Cats missed us.
A relaxing day as my brother and his wife go back to Blighty tomorrow.
28° here today so hopefully an Indian Summer ahead.
Good Luck Martin.

Morning all the rain of yesterday has blown through, weather and last nights curry, and the sun is out, a walk in the sunshine before settling down with the GP

Afternoon, all...late start, read the Sunday paper. Rain here cooled things off overnight and threatening again, so level of (needed) outdoor work remains to be seen...oil changes for two cars also due...at least it's a three-day-weekend here!

Morning all, early doors to Solihull for some training today in CAT4 scanning. What a disturbed night! Big storm, Jeanette got in a panic thinking there was a major plumbing issue, having knocked over an electric toothbrush against the tap, switching it on! Then 03.30 a prat of an Uber driver sits outside the house blasting his horn ever longer for 10 mins!!! Honestly if I’d had a shotgun heed have taken up smoking!

Have fun all…

Morning all.
We're sending our visitors on there way and then I must think about cutting the grass and getting Ms French prepared for back to work tomorrow.
Have a Good day everyone.

Inconsiderate, ignorant pr!ck.

Nice turn of phrase, though!

Morning, all. Standard day today, lightened slightly by Labo(u)r day relieving me of a couple of colleagues.

Made it to Solihull 10 mins late despite having a blow out on a rear of the van! Just onto the M25, J28; drove it flat until I got to an Armco protected bridge!

do you use budget tyres? or is it Goodyear style tyres? always wondered if it's all tyres or the cheaper brands
had a blowout once that was coz the tyres were like slicks.

A very expensive Goodyear all season commercial tyre; Sally a large bolt left a 10mm hole just off the sidewall!!!

to be fair when it popped, it went down so fast, it was always going to be knackered, I prioritised getting to a safe place over running it flat!
