Had a busy afternoon WFH on the 2CV and not finding any more nasty surprises like you get from cars on salted roads.

Morning all, a strange day likely, we (Jeanette & I) slept in the living room last night; I got a call from the plasterer yesterday evening saying he could do our bedroom ceiling today! This meant we had to empty our bedroom for the first time in 24 years in preparation. That I can tell you was no mean feat. So we have the joy of a plasterer dropping plaster dust through the house all day and add to that for the first time ever we have a professional cleaner, newly appointed, starting today as well, I see some frustrations and conflict ahead. So I'm off out in a bit and leaving them all to it to fight it out. I'm off to Ebbsfleet, Beckton and Hoddesdon today, I'll probably hide at the unit for a bit!

Morning April, morning all.......Very heavy rain and high winds here. The bay window roof is still leaking even after we had a new roof a few weeks ago. Must be coming in from some where else. Could be the brick above the roof as the pointing is not great. Having that rendered next week so will see if that helps.
