Good morning, denizens of this, the darkest corner of the dark web, the tenth circle of h3ll ('Cars'). All good?

Today, I shall mostly be looking after number one. Actually, that's probably a promotion. Number one is quite obviously Mrs Crud, but if I said I was looking after number two it could conjure up all sorts of disturbing mental images.

Additional:

when I awoke this morning I had a bit of an ear ache, nothing remarkable about that however. Well on my way to Hackney I experienced probably the most vile thing in my life as something stirred in my ear, a little tickle and a bloody spider crawled out!!!! Well safe to say I was rather surprised!

What did she leave behind? Perhaps you ought to get someone to take a look?:firing7::frusty6:

Morning all. Terrible night's sleep. At the age of 4n I appear to have developed hay fever. What a bugger.

Still, WFH today. Have a great day, all

Morning all, how many times do we have to discuss bin day on the wrong day, it's Thursday here.

More WFH but got to take most of the next two weeks off as we were originally coming back to the UK for a couple of weeks and company insisting that rebooked holiday is taken regardless, mainly to ensure that we don't have a glut of holiday requests once everything reopens.

Morning, all. Today the sun is shining and, for the first time in about 15 years. I have no job to go to. It's a bit liberating and a bit scary. Mostly liberating. If things go to plan I shall take the summer off, bar a few assignments deviling for myself, and then start getting busy again in September. But not until after Le Mans. Let's see. This whole bat-flu thing has made the markets a bit more skittish, but there's no hurry.

Until then, I shall be dong not much from the comfort of my own home. Coffee time. Nice.

I'm quite enjoying being liberated from work apart from my own projects here.
Didn't think it would be for 6 months but I'm not skint yet and the French Government are going to keep assisting me till the end of the year.
Certainly not missing Trains, Airports and Hotel rooms on my own.
Enjoy it whilst you can.

That's it. My schedule is my own. No one telling me what needs to be done or by when, the expected quality of it, no escalations, no need to make impossible financial projections. This is the life!

Oh, hang on... Mrs Crud wants something...

Stay positive FC.
Ms French will be starting a job in September so for me it gets easier and I'm happy to prepare meals and do some laundry whilst playing in my workshop :)
