A day of relaxed waxing. Autoglym HD applied, left to dry, applied again straight on top and only then polished off. Comes up lovely. And then a good walk.

Tomorrow I plan to wax the front; so far I've only got as far forward as the A-pillars.

Gotta love a sunny, lazy bank holiday weekend (whilst sparing many thoughts for those whose days are spent doing far more worthy things).

Morning. Just done the weekly at Tesco for the vulnerable family. Joy

Not working from home today. Looking forward to christening my new whisky glasses tonight. With some Johnny Walker Black, not my favourite tipple but required under the circumstances.
PITA about the boiler. BTW Gas bottles hardly seem essential, but much to my surprise can be delivered on line....

Have a great weekend all

Let’s see the new glasses then. I refused to go and get a gas bottle as a single journey. I’ll pick one up next time I refuel my car.

Morning , managed to avoid the sofa last night and a full night for me , I think it was the relief Boris is on the mend , Height of my day is putting the bins out , have a goody guys
But no brown bins for garden waste, and those are the ones most full right now. I know it’s very minor. Very, very minor. But non the less where are the council workers who have been moved to more critical tasks according to my daily council email updates.

Our garden waste is getting collected as per norm, every 2 weeks, but it costs us extra so may not be council....it’s mad, costs us extra to get rid of grass cuttings....

Just as well. Otherwise it was a mercy dash down the A1 to share this.

A gent sir. I can depend on you in times of crisis. It is, however, unlikely that Mrs C would let you leave with anything of a bottle of Winter's Gold. It's her <checks list> third favourite malt ;)

They can be sourced. Spare rooms exist in abundance. We shall arrange when we see some kind of normality!

Are the red vent trims standard?

After a bottle of Riesling my senses are a bit dented and I'm wondering if I'm missing a subtle double-entendre, but I'll take your question more literally instead.

No. On a new car they're a custom-painted option for some vast cost, but mine are just a thin strip of tape, perfectly applied by Dub Customs when they PPF'd the front.

Adam, missing a double-entendre, surely not...you sir, are losing your witty edge....perhaps
