Morning all from WsM and taking my mother out today.
Put the car buying on hold at the minute as I still think better deals to be had in the new year and go for the 5.0 XKR.

I drove one of em in anger at Martin Brundles Track day experience. Bedford. Till that point I’d been a Porsche guy and could not understand the Jaaaaaag thing....wasn’t interested in the slightest.
Me and my mates walked away that day talking about the XKR and nowt else.
Stonking car.

Morning all. Back in the office today after taking yesterday off for my birthday.
Had a great day with the family, and had lunch at one of the Marco Pierre White Steak houses.
Very nice, but the steaks are tiny. I like at least half a cow!

Late in this morning as it was Joseph's settling in visit to nursery first thing. Where did that time go???

We obviously have a similar taste in cars. I keep looking at them.
Although it could be because a very attractive woman in the same road as my office has one.

Morning all, had an interesting day with my now graduated 5 year old who now clearly knows more than we do after a nights sleep.

So, we were out in the car and Yasmin says “cars are Very safe Daddy” .
“Well” I replied, “they are, but they can also be dangerous and we have to watch out for other people in cars, in case they are silly and cause an accident”.
Then I added, “sometimes it’s good not to talk about things as it could cause them to happen. That’s called tempting fate”
“Yes “Daddy, said Yasmin “Tenting feet isn’t good”
My own daughter can’t understand my Scottish accent!
As a result I will be speaking Africaans from now on which could come in handy tonight!

Gorgeous sunshine and blue skies this morning in North Yorkshire, so, they got that wrong.
Busy day today preparing for moving to bricks and mortar.
Rugby first though, I actually have SA citizenship but I’m not torn.

I don’t shoot; just work the dogs, they love it. The shoot we are at, at the moment is 800+ acres at Marks Tey, pheasant, partridge and some duck.
