I'm having to remove the cement render due to it trapping water being it... Bricks are soaked.

Yes Sam, it is English bond solid wall, but the 'header' course is usually every three courses. I hate render, it can cause all kinds of problems and hide a multitude of faults!!

Well after a slightly delayed start to the day; two good phone calls.

1) Do I still want the job I was recently interviewed for? Only if you confirm its at the top of the pay scale as discussed. Yep it is. Tick

2) I was planning on reducing the asking price for my house on Friday but did not get round to it.

Would I accept an offer just below the aaking price? Yep. Tick

Fingers crossed this 6th buyer does not drop out like the other five have.
