Good Morning All, working from home today whilst we get new blinds fitted. So sifting through tenders is the order of the day.,..worst of all is that I have to mark them and give reasons for my marks...tough job

Morning all. Office and then looking at a nursery for Joseph. Apparently this is now a thing, you have to get into the right nursery a year or so before they need to go.
Which in turn means that if he gets into that nursery he gets into the school we want him to go into. Even though he is only 20 months old!

WTF? When I went to school, you just went to the nearest one!

Having to enforce some work-hours' boundaries on various colleagues this morning. Muppets.
Other than that, what a lovely Almost-Midsummer's Day! I'm looking forward to an outdoor swim after work. I'm finally getting back on the exercise after 6 weeks off. Feeling good already.

Taking the Venturi to work today, as theoretically it is being sold tomorrow, so it’s my last chance to use it.

Selling cheaply to the trade though☹, but need the space and have had my fun/time with the Frenchie.

Morning all. Made it through to Friday. Going cold turkey has done it's job!
I feel normal again!!!!

Might have a beer tonight to celebrate!

Had some good news last night as we have had our mortgage application approved for the new house we want to buy, ours goes up for sale on Monday.
Always tricky when you work for yourself as you work off your books from (effectively) two years ago. And then they want and average over the previous 3.

The upshot of all of this once we have bought the new house I can buy a new toy!!!!
