Morning all. Busy start to the morning, finalising some orders which may (or may not) finally come in!
Then fielding questions from someone who wants to piggy back our DBO into ECO3. No thanks mate! We're fine on our own!
However, we're happy to work with you and your 50,000 Housing Association clients, which they were happy to oblige.
Then someone who wants to help us sell the units. If you have the contacts, we have the product!
It's all coming together nicely!

Morning everyone and Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus!
I was tempted to wish that to the England Rugby team last night when they turned up at the bar of the crazy golf place I was at with friends last night, and to ask Farrell if his crazy golf was more successfully on target than Saturday. I'm still alive, so you can guess that I didn't.
Off to meet some friends' new baby boy this evening.

A very good morning to all....Friends over tonight for a meal so looking forward to that.
Have you seen on the news this morning the council tax scam where criminals are phoning up and saying you house is in the wrong band and if you pay them a certain amount of money they can get a £5000 plus refund. They are targeting pensioners mostly and land lines. Well my parents came to see me yesterday in a state as this happened to them 3 days ago and they paid this f4cker £169 over the phone. My parents are in their 80's and this incensed me that these scum are targeting the old or those that can be influenced easier.. Luckily my Mum after she put the phone down was concerned and went to the bank and canceled her bank card but the money had gone. Now it's not about the money but my parents were upset because they had been sucked into this.....As with most 85 year olds they are proud and to think that this had happened to them really upset them and they didn't even want to tell me but once they had and I talked through with them they felt better....After all no one died and they did the right thing by cancelling the card......What amazes me is that f4cking scum like this think it's acceptable to pray on the weak and take what isn't theirs whether thats £50 or £50,000 ...... Hope they fecking phone me !!!!!!!!

Good Morning all from the Pride of York Ferry left Hull last night and just coming into Zeebrugge.
Got a day at home and flying to Malmo then it will be back to Yorkshire when I have all my parts to finish the QP.

Can the bank not do something or is it done once the funds leave regardless of intent?
The forum has a few quid left in reserve from various events and sponsors. I am sure nobody would mind on here if we offer to donate the money back to your parents?
In other news, suffering from a heavy cold that is arsing me off as I hate sitting around doing nothing. Eldest back from uni for a week which is lovely...cat ignoring her in protest for all her coming and going.

Hi Matt, that's very kind indeed but yes the bank has a fraud thingy that I'm going through so should get it back for them. It has gone out but just waiting to se what happens. Luckily it wasn't a huge amount and as I mentioned it's not the money but more about their pride being hurt. The fact these toe ranges had one over on them at their age really upset them....Love this forum. Thanks again Matt.
