It's not a bad town Dem: Alfa, Maserati and Ferrari dealers. A few decent restaurants as well, and the river's nice. Sorry I couldn't get across to finally meet you - I had an afternoon full of mayhem.

Sounds like a good day, Dem. Used to visit Colchester years back, mostly remember being kicked out of squaddie pubs and only fighting back if we were too drunk to stop ourselves. Ah, the fond memories of being in pain for several days afterward...

Sitting wondering what to do tomorrow, I have an afternoon off and an itch to drive! Looks like good weather for it too.

A very good morning to all...Back to work today but before that off swimming...Open at 6 so see if I can get 50 lengths in everyday before work.....Have fun all

Morning all nice to see the sun again this morning. Back to work on a Thursday Andy not long for the weekend though how's the M3 going now she is back? Safe travels Chris and Didn't know you did sailing Matt have fun this weekend. Phil.

Morning all. What an aquatic bunch, today.

Matt, I'm jealous of that Cherbourg trip. Are you sailing out of Southampton / Poole? Coming out of those south coast ports and past the Isle of Wight is beautiful. Enjoy! I hope the weather stays good for you... although a good stiff breeze would make for a lively blat across. Race the ferries.

Andy... 50 lengths? Every morning?? When will you wash the car? Priorities, man!

Morning all, sleepyhead on this morning, should have been up at 04.30 but fell back to sleep after turning the alarm off OOOPS!

Got to load the van and off to Newport, Barry and up to Aberystwyth overnight so just 3 hours late now and a busy M25 to contend with oh well.....

Will wave at you all as I pass by over the bridge :)

M3 is good thanks Phil.....All going well and the smoking out the rear has stopped...Pressure tested and no cracks so she is good to go...

Adam, did think that which is why I washed her last night...AFter the swin I do feel alive....Will do it everyday for 6 weeks I think.
