Strange noise (like a cd/dvd reader failing...)

Hi! I´ve finally made a trip alone this saturday with the Maserati and i´ve noticed and strange sound coming up from (i think) the center console (where the handbrake is) or maybe under the right seat...

Is like a cd reader failing, you know that annoying sound... like a bird in a cage.... It starts when the car begins to move. When i´m stopped it dosnt sound.

Not aware of anything in that location on a GS that would account for it, it it was an Auto I'd say interloc on the selector.

No, it was manual and Sport button ON

Very tinny jiggling noise for sure, I think it could well be a loose heat shield fixing or as Catman says a stone behind the brake shield maybe

Headlining and curtain trims make that sound try pushing and pulling bits about also move the seat and check the seatbelt clasps are not rubbing on the tunnel.

Could also be the speaker?
I've heard noises like that out of speakers with dodgy wiring.

Aha! It can be possible because I removed the roof upholstery to erase a little dent in the roof...
