I think Bournemouth is a better bet. We regulsarly visit there.

I really don't rate Newquay having stayed there for 2 weeks last August.

A colleague here recently had a stag weekend in Bournemouth and enlisted a company that organises the accomodation, has the option of go-karting/paintball and then takes you round early evening to the good bars & clubs etc and so gets you in without hassle etc. and allows you to get your bearings on what is a good place to go.....

I've been to Brighton for one and that was really good.

I have mine to plan, will probably be a small party though and I'm thinking Prague & Guns followed by some culture and fooding, I don't drink so no all day benders here.

Well its I thought it was pretty a dirty place and a lot of the bars/pubs are a bit ropey!!
And it was fully of stag parties.. It depends what you like really... but its not like im posh or anything :D

When I went there last on a stag, we stayed in a place called Escape 2 newquay.
Its a purpose built stag party "hole-tel", bunk beds and 18-to-a room and 1 tolilet!!
But there was a stripper in the bar when we arrived, so not all bad ;-)

Contact thesse guys and they will advise www.chillisauce.co.uk

Newquay is rough IMO. Depends what you are looking for but nothing is getting me staying in a hostel sharing showers and bogs - and even if ytou stay in a better hotel then bear in mind its just a seaside town that sells pasties and has nowehere near the investment Bournemouth has - just my 2p.

Bournemouth is more cosmopolitan if you know what i mean - just a nice place to be - ask chillisauce about the nightlife you can expect ;)

Brighton's a good kraik but you should warn any of the party on the pull that in Brighton things are often not what they seem! Watch for the Adam's apple as a clue...

Ah right....

Must say I do like Newquay and the surrounding area but I've only gone there with the family so not really ventured into the town on a weekend night...It is suppose to be full of your females getting drunk ............................Ummmm, have I been missing something....

Brighton has a much better nightlife than Bournemouth, excellent clubs, bars, comedy, strip clubs etc. loads to do. Its much bigger than Bournemouth so has much more to offer, plus its a much easier commute from London. I have lived in Brighton and I went to uni in Southampton and used to go to Bournemouth for nights out, so I know both very well.

Dem, Bournemouth is a bit last decade, Brighton on the other hand is the business, its like London by the Sea.

I live just down the road, so I might come and observer circa 2am to see if I can get some decent video material for the forum!

Also there is a train straight down, where as Bmth will be a pig to get too.

Its not the gay centre everyone makes it out to be. There is the odd gay bar, but hey, what town does not have them, besides, going there I can already guess how your mates are going to dress you up...ooohhh, give us a kiss ducky!

Oh, I organised a stag last year, and we went to Guernsey, now don't laugh, its got an awesome night life, and beautiful too with loads of bars along the front, a bit more classy if you know what I mean.

You can get the Fast cat too from Portsmouth so you can be there in 2hrs.
