Yes, great turn out guys, I think the last few pootled off around 9.30, myself, Donny and Ian had a right old tear up down the M25 and M3...Ian, I actually turned off at the next junction as I fancied a blat....ended up back on the Blackwater Valley link road, back through Farnham, and down the A3 at Bordon.

Roll on the next one!

Yes, nice to meet everyone yesterday, and great that the weather held out. Picking up on Matt's comment, perhaps organising a drive as part of the next meet might be fun? I had the pleasure of Roger's company and also briefly Mick's on the return. It's always such a rare treat to have a windscreen and mirrors full of Maserati.

Yep, it was great to finally meet some of you. Banana is every bit as mental as the colour of his car :) I was just gutted I had to shoot off so early! :(

John, yes, be good to see you at the next one, I did not get much of a chance to chat to you.....tooooo many questions being fired at me from all angles.

If you thought Mick/Nana was mad when you met him, you missed him drive out the pub in his Banana Spyder, wearing a straw hat, hifi on, with his left foot on his dashboard!!!!!

Nutta!

last night i saw on the a406 5 evos of different eras (evo 9, evo 10, evo 8) they were in convoy and going somewhere like an event as they had banners on, it looked fab and gave me the idea to try get us to do that, but emtee has already mentioned it so just want to declare that if it goes ahead ill be part of that, just hope my car is ready in time for sep...

Apologies for bit of late reply , work has been manic due to the Le Mans classic coming shortly , pressure now off ,great turnout guys thanks awfully for making the effort, it really showed , car park was like a masser showroom ,and all the cars were turned out well , , cool to have put a few more faces to names at long last enjoyed the company and the food looking forward to the next m and have to agree a 30-40 mile sprint would be just the ticket

regards loz

Sorry for late response ladies, been a bit busy over the weekend hosting a BBQ & then recovering, was great to meet you all. I think us Maser blokes stand out from the rest because we aren't knobs who just buy them because we're 'a bit well heeled' I really enjoyed it, love to do it again sometime soon, but lets go out for a blast too as we can't drink!
Matt u are a certified nutcase, I pulled off for the M3 thinking you & Donny were going to carry on the M25 then with about 5cm to go you are suddenly blasting off in front of me. Nice of you to shephard me home though, great fun too )

Ian, as you spotted, I was tempted to carry on playing cat and mouse with Donny, and then at the last moment, dived for the M3 junction. Came off at the junction after you on the M3 as I had the appetite now for some fast country lane driving. Went cross country through Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, down the A31, off at Bently, through Blacknest, and down to Bordon where I picked up the A3. Has a stunning drive, really worked the car.

Stelvio please, let me get a set of Larini's fitted 1st...on the other hand maybe not at 4.5k...yikes!Maybe I'll keep surfing fleabay for some discarded ones

We really should have done this weekend, a blast to Brighton would have been nice, I'm sitting at home thinking should I just keep out of the sun or take the Maser out,... after all this is the kind of weather it was made for
