The Derby Pool location is good for me, I'm just over an hour from there and it looks like just the place - plenty of parking and opportunity for a few car photos.

I've added me to the list of interested members:

Would be good to find out the guy who owns the blue GS and get chatting to him, i see his car quite often and i know Si has seen it a few times as well. It would be good if we could mention the forum to him as there would be 3 members off here that all live within the same area.

If you mean the one with the registration number something like 89 JR then he lives next door to a friend of mine - only found that out the other day.

Apparently he bought it brand new and uses it everyday as his daily driver. You may see it up for sale soon as he's thinking of selling it and getting a new Gran Turismo.

I'll have to pass on the details of the forum.

Yep that is the one Steve, he uses it as a daily drive, good on him, everytime i see it it looks immaculate, not a mark on it. Be good to get him on the forum, with 4 masers in the crewe and nantwich area, have to organise a little meet, some really great pubs round here, the best one is in betley called the hand and trumpet, it is a little pricey but the food is excellent.

I have also seen a sky blue 4200 spyder a couple of tims in the crewe area, be good to get him also on the forum.

ADG's has gone now, just had a look. Simon, I presume you've decided not to sell?

Still thinking of selling it - I just don't have any adverts on at the moment. Had a bit of interest over the Christmas period - a chap from Nantwich came to see it and an Australian guy visiting his parents in...Nantwich also came over. Unfortunately it was about -10oC and thick snow when they both came over, which isn't particularly condusive to selling a 400bhp car. So I decided to book it in for a 56k service/MOT at Migliore Cars at the end of Jan and will probably look at selling it again in the spring when there is less snow and the market picks up. Shame as I love it when I'm driving it - but this isn't very often at the moment.

I did originally have it up for a bit more than 22k, but I think with a full scheduled service and a long MOT then there would be less uncertaintly for any potential buyers.

You never know, I may be able to get a little bit more for the car in the spring as my original asking price reflected the fact it needed a service/MOT and it was a flat time of year for Maserati sales. And if I don't sell it at least my car is in good shape for another year of enjoyment!
