Matt uses him for various bits < fitted his DBW etc , Mikes a good bloke and very reasonable , he's one of us , pops on here from time to time to help out

Love that quote about high mileages too especialy as mine wa on 90k when i bought it in August and after the weekend she should be on 93k

Ive always advocated Phil, that provided these engines are well looked after they are good for well into the 100K plus , very rarely tho cars of these calliper ever reach that mileage , but great to see yours proving the rule , long may it reign

Agree Loz........and witrh service prices as good as Roberts then its not such a scary purchase as once it was....Remember the cheapest dealer small service for a 3200 was £1400

Thank god for that , Most servicing can be done for around £600 now or less if your willing to do a little hands on yourself , or supply your service parts/kit

I think I pay Mike about £400 for my annual service, have the major coming up soon, gulp!

Just look at his service price for a 3200

6k annual - £299
18k - Cambelt - £549

Never seen prices that low....Makes me want to buy one again.

They are pretty cheap, at the specialist i used to work for, the guy who owns the business was telling me that a few years ago, one guy had his own Ferrari specialist and advertised Testarossa Cambelt change for £700 (should normall be about £1300). He didn't actually change the cambelts, he had the car for about a week, washed it then charged the customer £700. He then went to prison for fraud and various other allegations.

55 is bang on Adam, other indies also charge the same...Roberto Grimaldi and Terry Hoyle for example, both charge 55 ph.
