'My Death' by Scott Walker.... only kidding! (It actually sounds fantastic in a typically epic '60s way but you have to be in the right mood for Scott).

Anything loud by The Who, The Stones, The Faces, Iggy & The Stooges, MC5 or, er..... The Wurzels.... ;).

I find a lot of soundtrack or instrumental stuff is easy to listen to while you're housebound doing other stuff..... Bladerunner, Blow Up, Get Carter, The Persuaders, The Sweeney etc, or a good dose of gratuitous cheesy listening like The Sound Gallery. For the ultimate in quality chill out try 'La Femme d'Argent' by Air...

Cliff Martinez/Clint Mansell soundtracks are rather good for this. The soundtrack to Kind of Blue is excellent, a million times more interesting than the actual film

Supertramp; Breakfast in America. Every cut a great song.

A classic album

I like a little bit of Nickleback too
Sometimes great tracks are not backed up by great albums. I love 'Iris' by the Goo goo dolls but can't get into much of their stuff.

Lots of amazing stuff posted so far.

A few I couldn’t imagine life without..

The Holy Bible by The Manic Street Preachers
Home by The Corrs
Silent Alarm by Bloc Party
Hysteria by Def Leppard
Comalies by Lacuna Coil
Dance of the Wicked by Sister Sin

If you like Fleetwood Mac, look for the Buckingham Nicks album, before they joined FM, it’s sublime.

I’m really enjoying
Infancy by The Ninth Wave
At the moment to
