This thread gives me hope for if I ever decide to sell up and get a GS. Mine's a 2002 GT with 38K on the clock and also has graphite wheels but I have the Larini back boxes and sports centre section. If I got offered more than 15K I'd bite their hand off

As Matt/Conaero discovered Stu.....he sold the Larinis separately, got a lot of money back on them......better to sell them separately assuming you've kept the old bits!!!!

NOOO!!! I gave them to someone on the forum who offered to take them away from the garage. I don't remember who. Well, I guess that's not an option now but honestly I'd have had nowhere to store the stock exhaust parts so giving them away was the only sensible option.

No, I could never go back to a stock exhaust now anyway and I would much prefer to sell the car (if I get to that point) with its current voice. The amazing burble on the overrun only needs to be heard once and any buyer would be hooked!

Yep, sold mine put the old exhaust back on, happy days!

The car would not sell with the mods so putting the old stuff back on was a no brainer, sold the next day then to the first to view!

How odd. I don't miss the stock sound at all, in fact the day I had the Larini system put on it felt like my car finally sounded the way it always should have. I hope I don't have the same difficulties when I come to sell, though I imagine doing a swap with someone who has stock parts and would like to improve their maser's sound wouldn't be too hard to find.
