I couldn't get 50mpg out of mine coming down the Stelvio. In neutral. With the engine off.

I suppose we could have done when we were doing 160+ in France, get to that and go in to neutral with engine off in straight line, maybe just do it with a tail wind..??

Mine came fitted with a maximum power footrest. I found it in the drivers footwell to the right of the brake pedal.

Isn't that also the volume control? Goes all the way to 11.

120 mile round trip, I averaged 28 MPG, with a 90kg passenger and some luggage. Not bad for a GTS

Despite the speed reference, I actually managed 50-60 most of the way.

How on earth can you get 28mpg out of a QP? On a careful run mine wouldn't get anywhere near that. Low 20's is as good as it gets, usually the consumption figure starts with a '1'.

haha all in the technique. Drive auto, not exceeding 2k rev on uphill climbs, coast where possible and stick to 55-60mph.

I average (with giving her the beans occassionally) 17-18 mpg.

Funny, I'm kinda glad the old girl does not have the ability to display mpg........add to that I'm too **** lazy or thick to work it out and I'm a happy bunny!
