I always employed them as our guards whilst we lived in KL. I am also very privileged to call many of them my lifelong friends. One of the charities that I happily donate to, although it should not be necessary.

You needed guards in KL?!

Sorry, to be clear, it’s a really safe country but my role was in government security at the time. Unlike in the Philippines after, where guards were a necessity and it was really unfortunate that we were required to replace them every month due to potential bribery situations. I am still in touch with some of them….great guys and friends for life.

OK that makes *far* more sense. Was lucky enough to go to KL multiple times as I had a team over there. Totally my favourite city in the world (apart from That London)

Bloody good food, Nepalese. There are a few restaurants in the UK run by ex-Gurkhas. I'm guessing not many people try to do a runner.

Weirdly for a big car, white seems to suit this well. Emphasises the window shapes and hides the ill chosen headlamps. From this era onwards, Maserati has always had a problem choosing the right headlights. I can’t abide my Ghibli’s lights, but thankfully they’re usually hidden away. Can anyone think of any exceptions to this heretical statement?

No. On the long list of everything that I love about the 4200s, I am unable to find anything about the headlights; lenses; bulb access; or the looks/appearance thereof.
