Thanks - I had (still have!) a serious affliction for Rover V8s, this was the first of two P5B Coupes I had, a 1973 built car so one of the last....

The results of what looked like a frightening accident for Neuville and Wydaeghe whilst testing the new hybrid Hyundai yesterday.
Both were taken to hospital but were ok and released later.
Looks like the new FIA safety cell has worked as has whatever protection is around the battery.

There was a brown mk4 Cortina with a tan vinyl roof parked at the end of the road this morning, if we weren’t isolating I’d have gone and got some Tizer and sherbet dib-dab to complete the mood.

What engine and what sort of money ?
My first “real car” was a 1.6 glx in the same Daytona Yellow, I also took the little side trims off.
Fond memories.
