My E30 in Germany somewhere, 1995 if I figured out which girlfriend took this. The dinks on the nearside were there before I bought it. It was a left hooker. The registration was GT-MU662. Being a British Forces Germany reg, I was impervious to UK parking charges! Hey @Andyk we've not changed much.

I think it’s called Catalunya red which, I believe, an RS only colour.

It’s a nicer colour than the red on the F1.

Tbh, I can’t disagree, especially when the sun picks out the metallic flake. Having said that, IMO, red is the nicest colour I’ve seen on an F1, with the possible exception of yellow.

My mate who had the 355 tells me back in 14 he sold that for less than 30k when I left for NZ I got mid 30's for mine .

Hindsight on car prices is a wonderful thing, I can't remember how many genuine Escort Mexicos we bought and sold in the early 80s but we never paid more than £500 and never sold for more than £1000
