... a TreVoR (purveyors of the most ugly cars)...
I'm a little biased, but the Griffith is one of the best looking sportscars that graced our roads. I'm not even a fan of convertibles, but how anyone could call that ugly is beyond me :)

Very nice Tuscan Allan. You still got it?

I don't need nudging again on the Tuscan front as was close to buying one last year. I also have a couple of pennies & space for one more car that could be Tuscan...like. Fulfilled many of my bucket list cars such as Merc SL500, AMG, Maserati, Alfa but not resolved the TVR thing yet.

No it was sold after 2 1/2 years to buy the AC.

OK, thanks. Would you recommend one?
2 1/2 years ownership, 1 issue in that time, a stuck on indicator lamp. Massive boot, coming from the Cerbera, it was almost too easy to drive, you could potter around town etc. If I was to buy another TVR it would be the Cerbera. It depends on what you want it for. Like all cars they can bite with big bills so get one with an engine warranty for peace of mind.

Id also recommend looking at a few. Build quality is.....variable :)

Thanks. I drove the Tuscan I looked at last year & loved it.

Not sure whether to do Speed6 engine or safer V8's.

Suppose if the Speed6 was going to give any issues it would have done it by now.

Look for one that's been rebuilt with the stronger bottom end.

Agree with that Matt. Seems like a majority of Speed 6's have been rebuilt after all this time. Over half I looked at had been done. The Speed 6 is a true race engine whereas the V8's are your typical lazy torquey V8.

Speed six issue was akin to the 3200 endfloat issue, some did it others not, it was the finger followers that was the Achilles heel. Most have been rebuilt now, if done by TVR Power they had a 100k engine warranty which was transferable, so worth looking for one of those for piece of mind.
