In light of the Alfieri being put back another year I have placed a £5K deposit on the upcoming TVR. It gets you the launch edition when they start production next year.

Had a Tuscan and loved it for the 9 months out of 18 in my possession - dreaded finger followers!

Have to say the new management team have an approach i like and have taken their time. Also good to see the engine already running at Cosworth and the Gordon Murray iStream process being used.

I think this will be very impressive. Well done that man.

A good choice - a very different company to Maserati but a fine looking car I have to say

Well done, I also had a couple of TVRs a 4.2 Cerbera and a 4.0 Tuscan. 5 years the two and trouble free. Fingers had been done on mine though. ( TVR Power rebuild.)

Wasn't aware of the fingers problem on the earlier cars, just reading about it. At least it's a brand new engine in the new one.

Look forward to seeing how this pans out as an ex T350T owner. Hope it looks like the picture. Keep us updated on your order. This really could be a ******* with who is involved.

How much are they scheduled to cost?

Just looking into a TVR as a shared half each with my brother-in-law project fun/weekend thing.

Tempted to do the same as the concept looks stunning and I love the fact that they are building a new factory down in Wales. If they can build the real thing as close to the concept then they can shut up and take my money NOW!!!!

Is it just me or are the launch photos for this poor?

The colour isn't great.
The lights on the car are too strong, such that you cannot really see the lines.

At present, I'm a bit unsure of it. Especially when compared with the drawing at the start of the thread.

For a Gordon Murray design, it looks a little too German/Japanese.

I went to the launch today at Goodwood and the car looked great. It was in bright Ferrari red with beige leather interior. There's lots to like/admire about it and it'll be interesting to read driving reports in due course.

Lets hope it's in tradition and has no driver aids :) That was part of their charm of old for me.
