I went to that dealer last Friday with a view to possibly buying a GT - but ended up thinking hard about a California instead. The way Ferrari/Maserati sort their finance deals makes the Ferrari cars more attractive. As a guide, the monthly payments on £100k F may be the same as an £80k M. Because they give the F a higher residual value - which is fair enough when you consider that a 4200 can be had for not much more than £10k these days.
As it is, I think I'm now leaning towards a 612. I compared a £60k F 612 and a £60k M GTS and the F simply makes more sense - faster, rarer, cheaper on finance...
Sorry - this is probably the wrong forum to be saying this!!! But don't panic, I'll still be keeping at least 1 Maser in the stable no matter happens.
