My first Maserati

Yesterday I went out to "get the car washed" I came back two hours later with a couple of 4 packs of Corona and a lime.... and a dirtier car, sporting more dead bugs than when I left.

My Mrs is used to it now. Just popping out for a drive is no longer met with, yeah but where are you going? As she now knows the answer is that I'll do 50-100 miles and have been everywhere but gone no where and often return empty handed.

When I read things like that, it reasures me that I am in fact 'normal'. Some people just dont understand.

I'm glad its not just me. I just spend the last 30 days driving the spyder , 5000 miles around europe, As soon as got it all cleaned up I dicided to go to the garage that has had my old jeep for the month while I was away, about an hour after I set out I had to think for a while to rememder just why I left the house in the 1st place !!
The garage that has my truck is just about 500 yrds round the corner.

Its not a problem Rob.................Maserati have hooked your automotive heart........you're officially a changed man, you look at the road, the car, life and your world through your Maserati branded shades....

Great huh..................enjoy every time you press that loud pedal into the floor..........brilliant....utterly and completely....
