Thanks all, It was such a lovely surprise to receive this news from Matt and I must say I was delighted to accept.

As to how it'll work, well I can't compete (and wouldn't even attempt) with Frank as his efforts both on and off the forum are beyond belief. His research and gentle guidance of threads needs no addition. Matt and Loz... well they're Matt and Loz for Chrysts sake!!!! and they have the technical side of things completely sewn up, and my experience is so limited compared to theirs (though I'll do what little I can) and then there's Urby. Mr Dapper himself. He can charm the birds from the trees (as was evidenced at Ace) and the forum is his in Matt's absence (though Gruppenfuhrer springs to mind), so I'll try and guide the events section. Ace really brought it home what a difference it makes to get off the forum and get together in the real world. With this in mind I'll hope we can get something sorted to coincide with Stanford Hall.

Long live Sports Maserati and all those who enjoy spending time on it.

Will be up for stanford.....excellent hotel that was in marlow miles and the karting....maybe a full weekend again at stanford

Miles, your words are very kind......but has been demonstrated by many members on and off the forum, its the inclusive and very personal aspects which set this forum part.

In effect its only as good as the sum of its parts.

Your list can be added to and will be added to as new members join and others mature onto the forum...its evolution has been remarkable.

Conaeros adage....a forum for enthusiasts, run by enthusiasts.......is both apt and shows the way for other forums to emulate.......simples
