Frank, I seem to remember they were made of vinyl, round, about 12" across with wavey lines on each side and a hole in the middle...

Black 4200 at the Mall in Bristol this afternoon.

Drove down to London Tuesday, parked on South Audley Street ......... a couple of Maseratis spotted 57 plate GT and a private QP. Then I went off to visit the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce for a hour or so, walked back to car with my misses and the boot wouldn't open ......... after a few seconds I thought "hold on, why has the boot suddenly got dirty .......... then we both noticed it wasn't my car ! Same colour mind you, parked 2 spaces back from me ! ......... a quick look around to make sure nobody saw the fool trying to get into someone else's car, then slipped off in mine. Love driving in London in the summer, sounds echoing off the buildings are great.

Black QP and a rather sexy Andorran-registered silver GT with Bordeaux interior parked on opposite sides of Whetstone High Road as I strolled to the dentist at 9.55 this morning...

Black 4200 with 2 up heading South on M1 around 3.30pm this afternoon.

Gave a wave in my black 4x4 Chevi as you went by. Think Reg ended RXT but could be wrong!

Had some white numbering on corner of windscreen as if entered in some kind of rally?

Beautiful light blue 4200 (I think Gransport, could be wrong) around 1.30 on the north circular from near Hangar Lane, past Ealing Common until I peeled off onto the A4 at Brentford. MA53???. Tried to wave but needed more hands.

I know, not a maser, but rare! I was stuck behind a grey Spyker soft-top in traffic yesterday. The guy obviously got frustrated as the noise was amazing when the road cleared in front of him.

Black GT parked up just off Fulham Road as I crawled back from a site visit in Mitcham.

Rapidly coming to the conclusion that the 4200 and central London traffic do not make for easy bedfellows.
