Tubis fitted today and also hooked her up to the diagnosi to see if anything stored in her.
All okay and clutch at 60% worn.
My master tech work colleague tells me he has had readings of 130% !?!
Confirmed that my car is sound and very nice but refuses to believe how much she owes me.
She sounds nice too.image.jpg

Loving it Andy.
Love working here Monday to Friday and then we can use the workshop for our own car's on a Saturday.
It's really chilled and one of the best workshops I have had to work in.
The best was Toyota Motorsports in Cologne Germany we had everything there.

Going through the insurance claim at the moment as the floors and sills suffered a bit of damage.
Only visible when up in the air but she wasn't damaged so I want her put right.image.jpg

Lovely picture Phil (the first one of course). An empty workshop can be the inspiration of great things..i would think of a classic car restoration.

We have quite a full workshop Nikos.
Whilst I was in today another 3200 came in with woes. One for the master technician.

Hi Peter,
Once the underbody damage is done she will be ready to go through compliance and then she will be a NZ citizen.

Okay guys the day has finally come after one **** of an adventure/ordeal.
Back into the compliance center today for the final checks now I have put the interior back in so they could inspect the shipping damage.
She will now be a New Zealand Citizen with my first road trip planned for next weekend which is a long bank holiday so Im heading South out of Auckland.

Exactly 11 months from leaving the UK issues because of the shipping damage and the fact she's not Euro 4 compliant but you pay more money and they tick the exemption boxes.

Congratulations, Phil! That's been a long time coming - I bet it's like getting a new car all over again. Enjoy driving her to work and showing her off to your colleagues!

Mark my colleagues have followed the story the whole way I think they are glad to hear me stop moaning about the whole saga with the insurance claim and the New Zealand compliance system.
Thankfully I have been driving every model in the range at work but to be driving my own is so special after spending many hours sorting her mechanically in the UK before shipping her.
