Don't know, they were on the car when I bought it, but no receipts or markings that I can see. I put a photo of it up on another exhaust thread somewhere...

I must say that after hearing Adam's x-pipe on his GTS last night everyone with. GTS should do this mod. I think the GTS is one of the best sounding cars ever out of the box, but his car sounded epic! A glorious roar with some throttle, but docile at idle. What a cheap way to increase the grin factor!

Cheap and cheerful - you nailed me there, MAF!

I remain eternally grateful to Benny for grooming my lad into making sure we went x-rated. And glad you liked the noise.

Chris - Doris sounds glorious! Good work.

Chris, yes, more of an edge, load more crackles, bangs and pops, for the cost, well worth it I recon, do you agree?

I have to agree that Adam's car sounds excellent, a really nice deep roar on throttle, lovely..!!

I'm very happy with mine at higher revs when the engine is pulling, but there's a rasp that hits from about 1900 to 2100 that I could do without...not sure if this was introduced with the x-pipe or exacerbated by it.

It is louder...
: D

And the bark when starting it from cold is neighbour-annoying enough for me...
: )

My feeling is the (unknown provenance) sports cats I have are the weak link at the moment, I think they are the part that makes it tinny and raspy...but I need a place, some time and some parts to experiment with...
