Starting to look interesting, right hand one looks a bit pointed at the bottom which would need grinding to a rounded finish for safety.

They are nice but not perfect. There are micro bubbles because my aloy prototype was not polished so the mould is not perfectly clean. So we polished my prototype and will make another mould.

yes the next step is to test the Cf prototype..

The pads are done in 2 moulds one for front and one for back of the paddle.
Thank the 1/2 paddles a married.
here is the result before varnishing.

They are starting to look the business. Would be interested on how close the bottom arm is to the light and wiper controls, do they clear these..??
