Did anyone count how many times he said Quattroporte? :D
I couldn't be bothered in the end. And that shirt needs burning too.

I think he’s ok, thought his QP review was fair and it’s all for free to watch. Thought this review was good as well…absolutely right about the boot!

Thought that was a very balanced review and as said great to see Matt and the team and Dicky getting a mention. It all helps. Out of the range and for about 40/45k the Grancab Sport would be my choice...Yes it isn’t fast as in pull the skin off your face fast more brisk and there are short comings but as we are a family of four the sense of occasion this car brings to fresh air motoring for the money is perfect.....

Great car for a family of four going on a surfing holiday to Cornwall. Just as long as you’ve sent your luggage ahead with DHL.
Talking of which, we’re off to Rock later this morning, with the first commitment being lunch in Polzeath.

Good approach. On a bike trip to SW France years ago I sent the luggage ahead. So much nicer to ride without a week's worth of shite strapped to the bike. Sending it back from rural France was less easy.

The GrandCab would be my only upgrade route from my 4200.
The reality though is now the kids are older, the times we would go out as a family of 4 are lessening, so that ship has sailed I feel and a modern 2 seater cab would be more fitting.

It’s daft that they can’t engineering a proper sized boot. You could get a wheelchair in the boot of my Alpina. Even been on outdoors holiday with the Ms, you might not think that’s a big deal. But just a trip to the in-laws usually involves 10-15 bags!

I just can’t get on with Jay Emm....he is just as annoying as sssshhhhhhhhmmmmmmeeeeeeeeeeeee

... and that takes a lot.
Jay Emm is okay.
He's probably getting a bit too over confident/clever with his YouTube success maybe.
There are so many that have quit their day jobs for YouTube, but YouTube could overnight change the way payments are made and it could instantly collapse for those living off it.

Jay Emm is a good youtube reviewer my only gripe is that he’s got a tendency to ramble so by the time I’d finish the video I forgot his verdict on the car. Someone like Harry is more direct so its easier to follow.

Overall he’s one of the better channels and improved a lot since 3-4 years ago, try watching his early videos its like watching at 0.75x speed.

No one is perfect, but as YouTubers go, I think he’s leans to the more honest and balanced end of the scale. Gets some tech stuff wrong but corrects it if someone points it out. Harry M is obviously awesome but hard act to follow.

Also am I right in saying that a grandcabrio with a permanently loud exhaust is either something stuck open or modified?

Yes, from memory they are shut under 3k rpm then open and in sport open all the time...or something like that.

Valves are clearly in need of some lube and a jiggle.(before you ask this is a service at SI we offer to cars, not their owners)

Thank god! I nearly cancelled for fear of a lubricated jiggle.

Perhaps you can branch out as I’m sure a few on here would take up the service
