Do ou think Astons devalue something terrible......Mabe the V12 but the Vantage is one car that really holds its value......Even an early one is still over 30k and it 9 years old. Vantages hold their value as far as I can see...

mine didnt, I lost a load. The DBs and V8 Vantages are less than 30K now and going down - Ok value tho if you like that sort of thing

There are very few good ones under 30k from what I can gather........Still don't agree........DB9's are now holding steady to be honest...V8 vantage will come down lower but it's taken some time for that happen against say a new Gransport.....The shed money in the ealry years where as the V8 Vantage commanded a premium for a while........

A 2004 Gransport with high miles are 20k at the moment...A redone with 69k on the clock on PH is 19995.....and there are a lew with lower miles at 22k...Then add a 4200 into the mix which has lost shed loads for the same age Vantage..A Vantage with same sort of miles is 27k to 30k.....Still think they hold their value better than a Maserati as in this country they are more desirable to the great unwashed.........Maserati is still a car for those in the know although it is now widening its appeal than say 5 ears ago.

Recall my friends who bought a V8 Vantage...always thought at the time that I could buy a good 3200 a 4200 and a GS for the same price (£55k)

Spotted my first F Type this evening, while struggling back from Halfords with about 30 kilos of Meguiars products...

Thought it looked pretty dashed cool. Particularly as it was parked outside the romantic environs of Tile World.

Yes! And with a Halfords built underneath said Travelodge, chock-full of enticing Meguiars products (but no sheepskin mitts) to lure innocent recent Mas purchasers to part with untold sums in the ceaseless quest for a blotch-free finish.

I know that..lnear m and s.....used to be honda there

Oh yes! You are entirely right. We live just round the corner and I'd clean forgotten it was a car dealership before the tile guys set up. Shame the pub went: my daughter had to do a school project about her high street: we walked all the way from one end of Whetstone High Road to B&Q and back and there's now just one pub!

Had a good few seshes in the Orange Tree, once upon a time. Now it's an upmarket gastro pub: nice enough if you like that sort of thing. I stop by with my dog on the way back from long walks to Mill Hill and Arkley.

Quite a picturesque boozah: might snap a pic of my soon to be detailed pride and joy outside....

I operated another restaurant to the one we had and i did it upstairs at n20

Never lasted long as politics got in the way as owners got greedy and operated a nightclub downstairs where there were kids coming so the rep i had was going hence i moved out of the n20 and went back to the family restaurant

Had arsene wenger and alan sugar as customers......great days

That was yours!?!

Argentine steak buffet there now. All you can eat for £21 or something close. Starve oneself for 48 hours beforehand...

I remember when the N20 building was a branch of Iceland...

As for Totteridge, all that dosh and v few Masers: it's all modified Range Rovers.

Upstairs at N20...flipping heck Dem! I don't suppose that you would have been there in March 2005? A good friend of mine had his 21st birthday there was a large family gathering.

The Black Bull was my Saturday night pub, my best mate lives on one of the roads going down towards Oakleigh Park station. We had many good nights there and a few New Years parties back when i was still at school.

What happened to the pub near the Boots on the corner that started up not so long ago as a music place? Also, ever go to Haven - parents and friends go there a bit.
