.....that's more good advice from Uncle Dem. Get yourself a decent diesel; cheaper to insure and cheaper to run so you have more money to spend on girls and hang-overs!

Trust us Adam, it makes a lot of sense and there are plenty of good ones to choose from.

I have an Alfa disiel, and although I cant get passionate about it, for the power, comfort and economy, you just cant beat them.

Plus, if you but an 100hp entry level one, you can boost them up to nearly double the hp, so they make great sense from an insurance perspective.

my diesel is a 1.4 tdi, has 80bhp with 150 torque, weights slightly more than a mars bar and has all the extras like electric windows power steering abs.....
a full tank is £40 and does 400 miles to the tank........

you could go for the panda diesel, i saw one and wanted it, has 4 doors, its roomy, does 50 mpg and with the sporting spec it looks like a 100hp,or you copuld get the kit for £800 put it on, then you have a sporty looking but economical and cxheap to run car. road tax is £30, same as my seat diesel......

I dont think the Sensodrive is too bad, been in my mates C2 quite a few times, it is not as bad as some auto boxes.

The C2 which has the same engine as the VTR but with a manual gearbox is called the GT but it is insurance group 8 whereas the VTR is 6.

As i finish education/college on the 23rd June, i am going to try and start working again at the Ferrari and Porsche specialist i worked at, as i will have about 9 weeks off in summer, i could easily earn 1K. That will help massively towards a car.
