The 308 GT4 (later Mondial) is actually a pretty cool motor. Mid-engined V8 what's not to like, but being Bertone styled it was considered 'quirky' and suffered, as it didn't have the prancing horse on the bonnet. Me I like it, but then I have an X1/9 and many parts are the same (check out the door handles). I've bought ebay 308 bits for my Exxy restoration, but that probably why many don't rate it!
