I dunno man. This G.O.A.T. thing was allegedly started by Colin Edwards when referring to Rossi...
Rossi has captured the hearts of generations of MotoGP fans...
Somehow he has maintained his appeal despite serial winning....
There’s more to a goat than just winning the races ! :f8:
That’s why Federer for me is G.O.A.T. even if surpassed by Nadal or (more likely) Djokovic in terms of Majors alone

Watched Schumacher doc last night and it showed a determined driven man but like most of us he has strengths and weaknesses, great driver, motivator, team player but not the greatest IMO

I'd vote for Rossi as the GOAT. The number 46 pops up on the back of many UK cars or vans. He started the fan club block seating business now copied by Marquez et al a successful merchandise business and brought tourism to Tavulia.
His legacy will live on with the VR46 team and Pecco Bagnaia is at the forefront of this having just won the Italian GP on an Italian bike. That's more Italian than a cappuccino before midday.

Oh an Marv Marquez is the best of all time (BOAT) with his skill of crashing/not crashing by saving the front end with his knee. Phenomenal skills.

Great Quali session got to love a bit of rain in the mix. Poor form from LH he used to excel in the wet more than everyone else but it makes you think the rule changes for 2020 directed to slow MB down has made that car into a bit of a basket case in the wet compared to previous years.

I'm looking forward to next year even more now - with all the teams stuck at £145m budget cap I can see Ferrari and McLaren fully back in the title fight again (that said I know Ferrari have been spending as much as MB and RBR)

Can we see a repeat of 2012 - 7 different winners in the first 7 races

Entertaining race from start to finish with or without the rain - shame for Lando the team needed to be firmer with instructions as Merc were with Lewis.

Keeps the championship wide open still especially if Merc need to give Lewis that 4th engine
