£20m is still a lot of money whatever it's spent on. Unfortunately for you I dont think it will do you bin-dippers much good. Liverpool are pretty much an 'also-ran' team these days and not likely to be challenging for the top four.

was talking about previous season when you had spent 100m+ and did not get the desired results to finish top 4.

Ticket sales now only account for 5-10% of top teams revenues...........so unimportant to clubs as a money making aspect....just pitched at a price to what the market will bear

I have so much respect for wenger, last year was his best ever season, he had the worst squad and still top 4, but hes stubborn, has money and doesnt spend it....wouldnt increase his offers for higuian and lost him over 4m, then suarez would have been sold if they came in for 50m.....he likes cheap buys....gazidis dont help

Due to cost of Emirates stadium, but believe just now, monies have been freed up, needs to buy3/4 players just to stay still....the days of £500,000 buys long gone!
