+1 for exide from tayna.
Fitted mine this afternoon, perfect.
Car still on winter sorn on optimate, but last few weeks its been showing go to dealer epb failure, and parking brake not operating at all.
Car still on original fiamm maserati battery so disconnected charger and as suspected car would not start the following morning. To be fair its a 2008 so can’t complain at that.
New battery fitted and epb working perfectly with no messages etc.

I didn't need the battery in the end as I managed to recover the existing one and it seems to be fine.
So I have a brand new unopened forum reccomended battery available -
offers?

Rather like many projects these days, after a full analysis and action plan - it was shelved as unnecessary!

More to the point the budget was approved, work went ahead and the end product delivered, only for the commissioner to decide that it wasn't then required!

I have not tried the Tayna but have had the OEM FIAMM last a long time, however I did not have a good experience with Yuasa, lasting only 6 months.
I have opted for Bosch S5013 for my last 2 cars which is incredible. My old garage did not have power so I couldn't use a CTEK, and the car could sit for 3 weeks and still start without any issues.
I am building a new double garage now though which will have power & be a lot more civilised

Can anyone tell me the ‘size’ of the battery for the GTS as I can’t buy the Exide recommended in the UK, so have to find something else. Size would be helpful.....

This is the one I bought on recommendation from other threads.

The size is 017.
