Yes, maybe. For by then they'll be in the safe and stable embrace of the Euro and everything that that entails. Like balancing a budget and living within one's means. Things the Scottish Nationalist are totally unused to. Maybe haven't even contemplated? It's difficult to throw other peoples' money away when they can arbitrarily turn off the tap with no recourse. I know, we'll move government to Yorkshire then we can control everything. We can talk funny and come up with good and bad ideas, so it should be just like normal. Then the useless rump in the middle can quite rightly smack the ar5es of all those with a false sense of their worth and tell them how it actually is.

In my opinion no part of the UK can break away from the rest and servive, London may be the financial capital of the UK but on its own it could not keep its self afloat, the same as Wales Scotland or the rest of the .."useless rump in the middle"........
Each part of the uk supply's something g to the rest weather it's industry, finances, workers, farming etc.
London does not have any industry as such nor does it have farming , it has plenty of workers and finances but take away your food supply and London "dies" the "rump" in the middle could bankrupt London with in mear months if it so chooses too do....
And the same goes in the opostie direction. We NEED each other more than people like to think and without the one there is no other.
