E10

I can't seem to get a definitive on whether I'm OK with the dreaded E10 in my 2005 4200cc. The gov www doesn't list it and of course the handbook pre-dates the issue. Thought there might have been something on this forum, but no. A phone call to Autoshield should do it I thought. But nope, they couldn't tell me either! Waiting for guidance seemingly. Meantime as the tank of E5 drains down.......

Yes, the way that the search outlaws 'short words' like E10, fob, key, etc is a bit tiresome, and results in this sort of thing.

It is annoying, but a feature of the platform. Google will allow you to search the site without limits on letters.

As for E10 and 4200 I am sure someone asked Maserati and they said “Its OK”. But I can’t find the link. To save the trouble I have emailed them myself and will post the results in a sticky thread in the technical section.
