I've just ordered a second spare remote alarm fob for my Mitsubishi Pinin, even though 18 years old, from Abacus Car Alarms.
Very helpful when I gave them a ring.
Noticed however they can also supply spares for Maserati, might prove handy!

I recently found out that the roof light was the cause of the draining following deep investigation of the electrician. I have converted them to led previously. Still same but whatever he fixed solved the problem. Loose battery connection is another thing to check.

Strong possibility.
Pull out the boot lining not hard to do, and trace it back.

Looks decidedly aftermarket whatever it is. Earthing to a point which doesn't appear to be free of paint is none too clever.
Whether that is contributing is difficult to say though. Might be worth checking under the nut to see if there is bare metal.
