Thread revival, pork in today, injected with apple juice and Worcester sauce, rubbed with paprika, garlic, chilli, onion, and I’ll spritz it every half hour or so with apple and brine. Hoping it’ll take about 4-5 hours, ready for some lovely pork baps at 4-5pm.

How is it going @dickygrace ? Mine seems to be too hot to do anything for 4-5 hours.....

Have now got to grips with the Vulcanus. So easy to cook on, with no chance a flame flare-ups to burn anything. Makes baked Camembert (in its box) super easy. Good for puddings such as peach melba also.
