I can't remember who it was on here and more than one recommend the Big Easy so that was good enough for me.
I bought mine on Amazon Prime for convenience here.
I'm no chef but do the BBQ cooking and everyone I have cooked for loves the results even the hardened charcoal lovers.
Roasting meets in the oven is just exceptional and so easy.
The only thing I've not mastered is the smoker but to be fair I don't really need that as the grill and oven just work perfectly.
Other BBQs are available.

All of this. Plus the smoker is simple and works so well.

Not sure I've used my Weber more than about twice since I bought the Big Easy

Tend to grab them from amazon or Ebay. It does depend on what you're cooking. Hickory is good with pork, IMHO but oak with chicken is fab. The other thing to vary is the amount. Start small (maybe 1/3 of the container) and go from there.

My mistake I filled the container.

Just picked up a normal gas BBQ at the weekend, Mrs Z wasn't keen on the Charbroil, but I can see the "need" for a oven / smoker further down the line so have made space in my outdoor log store / BBQ / boiler store just in case ;)

Once you get your head around its unique looks as everyone asks it's the quality of the cooking.
Best one I've had in my years of BBQ cooking.
