Just had a go since the thread has popped up again, done in 1.

I remembered why I stopped though, a couple of weeks back, I was wrong when my guess "Mini" was deemed incorrect.
My 2nd guess "Rover Mini" was also incorrect.
My 3rd guess "Mini Cooper" was correct.

It wasn't a Cooper though, or at least there was nothing visible on the car that would identify it as a Cooper ;)
If I had to guess, I'd say it was a Rover Mini Mayfair based on the colour and the seats, though not clear, looking more velour than cloth / leather.

Same here - on the first pic I thought it might be a QP III - then the name got me as this was the 245 in many markets. 2 for the series, 4 for the number of cylinders and 5 for the number of doors. As a boy my great uncle had a 164 which was the luxury 6cyl. model, built like a tank. We had a 144 for a short while in Kenya, I can still remember the smell.

This was also an interesting Bertone designed variant, the short-lived 262C - not exactly elegant but still..
