Got a busy few days and can't get a large can until Tuesday next week so my little Renault has been working hard today in rather warm weather :)

Cheer's all back on it again today.
The community is Great too and one of the locals is cutting all the grass for me too so that's a Big job out of the way.
Will be giving a few apéritifs in the function room above the workshop once sorted :)

Well done Phil. Laval area is well known to me and perhaps I can come and share a beer with you when on my way to/from my Le Mans property once you're settled?

I can't wait to get over to my places to check they're being maintained properly in my absence. We have local groundsmen and cleaners and they are usually great when we have guest turnarounds each week, but wonder if they have eased up with no guests so far this year.............I'm still paying for it all with no income :-(

I was starting to get some tentative bookings for August for the Provence gites again, but then in retaliation to the UK 14 day quarantine regs, Macron has reciprocated, so that's put a stop to French vacations for Brits again for now. However, I see Spain is lifting theirs shortly, so hopefully we can do holidays in France in July/August and LM24H in Sept. Everything crossed!

France is part of our retirement plans. We both chucked in work 18 months ago at 55. All the ankle biters have fled the nest so we Dow sized to a 2 bed property, with large garage of course, and have spent the last 18 months renovating it. When all the covid dust settles going to buy a place probably in the dordogne to renovate and flit between the two.
