Well it's all happening now and hopefully in there before Spring.
A 4 bedroom house with some nice features like a large workshop and plenty of parking 3/4 of an acre or is it gardens ;)
First time ever I have bought a place Cash love France for the sheer VFM when it comes to a property.
Things to do but that suits me with the aim to spend more time here as we have business use for the barn which was a former Carpenters workshops.
Sort the floor and get the gear in there.63035

Excellent, same in Ireland once you are out of the larger cities value for money is amazing something strange about buying a house with cash but satisfying

well done and always good to buy something that you can do up and put your own stamp on, that's a bloomin big barn/unit and a great bonus having business use as well :thumb3:

Cracking find Phil; one question though, what are the oval circuits one to the east of you 200m and one north east maybe 1km? look a bit like greyhound?

It's most likely related as very big around here Newton.
We have a very nice Lake for swimming, fishing and water skiing and wake boarding with a beach too with a very nice campsite.

I'm quite envious
After spending a week driving around Normandy I fell in love with France , I'd love to move there but I started with kids too late , they're 19 & 21 now but I'll probably be 65 before they leave home as the youngest has only started uni this year.
